Shipping Info

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Standard shipping under $100 - $7.95 (3-5 business days)

Expedited shipping - $14.95 (2-3) business days

We use UPS and USPS for all our shipping needs. Please make sure to enter your correct mailing address. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your item is returned to us for an incorrect address you are responsible for purchasing it back from the USPS and reshipping the item.

We process orders as promptly as possible. You will receive an email once the order is printed and we begin the packing stage. Typically items ship with in 5-7 business days however this can change in peak times.

We ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays. Please allow an additional 4-7 days for delivery depending on your location. We are not responsible for natural weather delays on expedited orders as they are out of our control.

Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it. If you do need it by a certain date please reach out to us so we can help you get it expedited!

Hopewell gladly accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, or undamaged items purchased online within 14 days of the purchase date.

All returns must be received within 14 days of the purchase date.
Returns are for Store Credit only and will be issued via email
Exchanges are for the SAME item but in a different SIZE.
Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. See list below.
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Swimwear missing, unattached sanitary liner
Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the customer as Final Sale.
